Each villa is set over 2 floors and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen/living area, porch, private garden and also parking for 2 cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has dish washer and a washer-dryer. There is TV in each room and ADSL Internet connection and DVD player.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 1.5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
