Our award-winning Gallucci Resturant is situated off the Atrium, with a wide ranging à la carte menu. Situated in the centre of the Atrium, the Palm Deli is a relaxed setting for a relaxed meeting or a light lunch. Next to the hotel, Morgan's Pub is open from 17:00 until 23:00 (Monday to Friday) and all day Saturday and Sunday. Morgan's also offers great-value pub food until 21:00 every night.

Payment Information: If you intend to pay by cash or debit card, the full amount will be due on arrival. However, you will still need to have a valid credit card with you, so that the hotel can pre-authorise it on arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.40 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.60 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
