All rooms have wc / bath, as well as telephone and cable-tv. The rooms with view to the south possess a balcony with a view of the Alps. Some rooms offer wonderful views of the winter garden at the front of the hotel. These rooms are places for relaxing or as a starting point for your holiday activities in Crans-Montana. Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served in the hotel from 7.30 to 10.00. The hotel's restaurant serves traditional Swiss cuisine. The restaurant is open from 12.00 to 13.30 fro lunch and from 19.00 to 21.00 for dinner. The hotel bar is open from 8.00 to midnight. Room service is available during restaurant opening times. The guests of BOOKING.COM get 10% off in our restaurant.

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is not included and costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
