Late arrivals: guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23.00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23.00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23.00 hrs local time The booking must be confirmed by credit card or fax.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person.  American breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
