Area information The Gran Hotel Pelayo is located within the Picos de Europa National Park, where history and nature combine resulting in an exciting beauty show. Travel information From the airport of Asturias, take highway A66 towards Gijón. Without entering Gijón, take the detour to Santander (A8 highway). Exit the highway at km number 326, direction Cangas de Onís. Once in road N-634, follow direction Ribadesella-Arriondas and then the N-625 direction Arriondas-Cangas de Onís. From Santanter through highway A8: Exit the highway at km number 326, direction Cangas de Onís. Once in road N-634, follow direction Ribadesella-Arriondas and then the N-625 direction Arriondas-Cangas de Onís. Directions till Covadonga are well indicated from Cangas de Onís.
