In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have a vacuum cleaner and a fully equipped small kitchen including, among other items, 4 hotplates and an oven. Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment.

Hotel details

For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception opening hours: Monday through Thursday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 07:30 to 22:00 Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:30 If you plan to arrive outside of these opening hours, please notify the residence in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
