Most of the rooms have balconies. There are some connecting rooms. In addition to the facilities already listed, all the rooms are equipped with a television (6 French channels and 5 foreign channels), a direct phone (fee required) and a WiFi Internet connection (fee required).

Food & Beverages

The restaurant, Le Panoramique, serves a buffet breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:00 which features traditional cuisine with local Savoie specialities. L'Ours Blanc, a brasserie-style café, is open from 09:00 to 18:00. Nonstop service from 11:00 to 16:00. The bar, Le Pub, is open from 16:30 to midnight.

Please note that fee applies for the dinner of Christmas' Eve and New Year's Eve (to be charged at the time of the booking). The hotel reception welcomes guests 24/7.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per child under 11 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
