The conference rooms are air conditioned and equipped with the latest media technology. The individual settings, including seating, are flexible and can accommodate up to 270 people.

Food & Beverages

The Sportsbar restaurant is open from 18:00 from Mondays to Fridays, and from 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Gustav’s Stuben is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00 - 01:00 all year round.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.50 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
