One particular feature of the spa facilities is the bathing area for 2 people. There is a double bathtub and an area for massaging 2 people at the same time. The hotel is also a suitable venue for hosting various business or private events. The banquet hall accommodates up to 400 people and an additional function room is available for parties of up to 90 guests.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served in the cosy Kaminstube lounge which contains a fireplace. The Fürst Pücker restaurant offers an à la carte menu as well as buffets and set meals. In the Spreewaldkeller (cellar), you can enjoy buffets, dancing and skittles. Regional beers, delicious cocktails and snacks await you at Lucies Bar.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 13.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
