Each of the apartments in this complex boasts traditional, Canarian-style decor. They are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, a separate bedroom and living area and a private terrace, or balcony. There are some apartments in the complex that are equipped for wheelchair access.

Hotel details

In addition to the facilities already mentioned, the hotel's spa has an heated indoor swimming pool, saunas, a whirlpool, foot baths, a water cascade, an ice fountain and various types of showers. The hotel's gym also offers fitness classes, and has tennis and paddle courts.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's restaurant offers an extensive buffet breakfast and dinner, including starters, main dishes and desserts. Sample the themed buffet twice weekly, and a Canarian-style meal every other week. You have the option of booking a half-board, or all-inclusive meal plan.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  All inclusive costs EUR 12.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 6.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
