You can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast 50 metres from Il Casale in the nearby premises of another hotel by the same management, with a daily extra charge (per person, on request).

Final cleaning is mandatory and comes at extra costs per person. Heating/Air conditioning is available on request at extra costs per day per apartment; air conditioning is compulsory from 28 June to 30 August.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or modified, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
