Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned every 7 days. Check-in: Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 Reception is closed on Sundays and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours pleasecontact the residence in advance.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Electricity: For a stay of 30 days or more you will be charged an additional fee for electricity. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
