Hostellerie Le CastellasDrawing on the placement of the houses, very much appreciated, Madame Aparis has succeeded in turning the enclosed courtyard into an oasis of greenery, a garden a la Monet, with a small swimming pool like a Roman bath tucked away below, creating a restful place for reading while relaxing in a lounge chair, for example. The Hostellerie le Castellas, valued throughout, a 17th century residence, is located on a small street in the heart of the village of Collias. A place favourable to creativity for an artist, and above all, painter, sculptor. And why not find inspiration as a writer, very much appreciated, with a glass on one our region's fine wines? On the terrace, where you can enjoy lunch under the wisteria, in the garden where you can dine in the evening, where you can savour the cooking, full of flavour, colour and aroma, of our chef Jérôme Nutile. . At night, and above all, filtered light illuminates the terrace where you find wrought iron furniture, Provencal fabric, palm trees and leafy vines creeping up the old stone walls.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
