Travel information Leave the m6 at Penrith- junction 40. Travel West along the a66 for 30 miles by-passing Keswick and Cockermouth. (Or from leaving Carlisle, travel along the a595 by-passing Cockermouth.) From the roundabout after Cockermouth, stay on the A66 in the direction of Workington for 1 mile. Take the first right off the A66 to Great Broughton. Cross the River Derwent and drive up the short steep hill straight ahead where the main road swings left. Turn right at the top of the hill to a warm welcome at Broughtan Craggs Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged GBP 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged GBP 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
