A cleaning fee is applicable to all stays of 5 nights or less. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 60.00 service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per stay for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
