In our well designed rooms we pay the closest attention to detail and whether you want to sleep, relax or maybe even work, you will be free to make the most of the peace and quiet. All rooms are en-suites and have all the modern amenities you will need. Everything is designed to give you a feeling of comfort, calm and efficiency.

Hotel details

The Kyriad is located in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand, nearby the historic sites and shopping districts. The spacious, confortable and air-conditioned rooms are equipped with TV (Canal+), a direct telephone and a minibar. Room service is also available. Meeting rooms and the restaurant are also available and there to meet all your expectations.

Food & Beverages

Please note that the restaurant is open from Monday to Friday.

Late arrivals and no-shows: arrivals before 23:00. In case of late arrivals the hotel may re sell your room. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 23:00 local time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.90 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
