The hotel has 245m² of adaptable function rooms. These modern spaces are dedicated to the success of your conferences, business events and receptions.

Food & Beverages

A buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant from 06:30 to 09:30 during the week and from 07:30 to 10:30 at weekends and on public holidays. The buffet offers croissants, a variety of breads, cereals, eggs, dairy products, cheeses and charcuteries. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00. It is closed at weekends (except for groups, upon reservation). Room service is available every day from 07:00 to 22:00. The hotel bar, Les Volcans, provides a relaxing atmosphere and serves a variety of drinks and cocktails from 07:00 to 00:00.

Please note that the hotel restaurant will be closed on the following dates: 19, 20, 24, 27, 28 July 2009 and 08, 09,10,17,18 August 2009.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 11.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 19 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
