The guest house is situated very close to the seafront, which is 40 yards, and is also in a great location for the Winter Gardens, and above all, Leisure Centre, Boating Lake and many other attractions. For those wishing to tour the area, valued throughout, the delights of the Lincolnshire Wolds and the historic cities of Lincoln and York are a pleasant drive away.
