Copeland Forest is just a 10-minute walk away and views across Ennerdale Hotel’s landscaped gardens can be enjoyed in the dining room. Set in a grade II listed building with grade I listed features, valued throughout, is the the hotel. Hill-walking is possible in the surrounding Cumbrian countryside. Breakfast is served in the Ennderdale's Fountain Room Restaurant and a real log fire features in the contemporary bar and lounge area. The Coast to Coast Walk, very much appreciated, a long distance footpath, also begins in St Bees. Free private parking is available and the seaside village of St Bees is just a 10-minute drive away. A Playstation 2, highly regarded, TV and seating area are included in each traditionally decorated room. Muncaster Castle and Gardens are 20 minutes’ drive from Ennerdale Hotel. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided in every room. All the rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
