The apartments are equipped with all common modern facilities and include bathrooms with bathtub or shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Hotel details

There is a mail and messages delivery service available on site. The front desk can also lend hair dryers, irons, bottle warmers, and cots (subject to availability).

Payment is due on arrival at the residence. The residence is open 24 hours a day, 7days a week. Please note that the reception is closed from 12:00 to 14:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
