There are appartments of different sizes: studio(bedsit), 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedrooms(doubles). All of which have a bathroom, Living-Room with Sofa-Beds, Kitchen-Area and terrace. Most of them also have wonderfull Sea-Views.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
