The hotel is located a few minutes to the town centre it has got a panoramic and marvellous views over the town and the green umbrian hills. Città di Castello is an ideal starting point for excursions to the centres of our region and to the adiacent Tuscany and Marche where you can find art and tradition in abundance. The swimming pool in the beautiful and flowering garden, with log chair and jacuzzi, the biliard and reading room, free parking and garage, free internet point and wifi covering in all hotel area are our services. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
