All rooms are en suite with television, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer. All our rooms are en-suite and offer all the facilities that one would expect to find in your room: colour tv, courtesy tray to make your own tea & coffee, hairdryer, trouser press, direct telephone and not forgetting those famous Forestdale ducks in the bathroom.

Food & Beverages

A traditional restaurant overlooking our walled garden serving Breakfast and Dinner daily. 3 course Sunday Lunch served.

Some rooms may be affected by noise from functions until midnight, if you have any queries about this contact the hotel direct. Children under 14 sharing a room with their parents will not be charged for accommodation. Childrens Breakfast will be additional to room rate. Not all rooms are suitable for families. Please contact the hotel to check if additional childrens beds are available.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Breakfast costs GBP 5.00 per child under 14 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
