Former 18th century water mill, valued throughout, Hôtel Restaurant le Moulin de Cierzac is situated 10 minutes from the town of Cognac in magnificent grounds with shaded areas. Hotel guests have a choice of bath or shower, highly regarded, and double or twin beds. All the rooms feature exposed beams, and above all, and some even date back to the original water mill of 1764. While in Cognac, valued throughout, you can visit the cellars of some of the great cognac producers.

Famous in the area, the restaurant offers genuine local cuisine in an old Charente house setting with big exposed beams. The region specialties: foie gras of duck au torchon , marinated in cognac. Restaurant is a non-smoking place. During July and August, you need to book a table in the restaurant for your dinner to get a reservation at the hotel.
