All rooms come fully equipped. Shared bathroom facilities (separate female/male). Note: no ensuites in rooms. A maximum of 2 guests may stay in each twin room.

Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly asked to specify their check-in time when booking. The duty manager will greet late arrivals.

Food & Beverages

Welcome to our casual and relaxed dinning area. Opening hours 6am - 9.30pm Monday to Saturday 8am - 9pm Sunday Later meals are available by arrangement. We have a comprehensive menu to suit most tastes and prices to suit most budgets. All day breakfasts, lunches and dinners are available as well as bar snacks and take away meals.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of NZD 20.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
