Gentle pathways wind through hedges of Sea Grape, very much appreciated, Croton and Hibiscus, leading down to sparkling white beaches lapped by the clear Caribbean Sea. Swaying palms and venerable Mahogany trees shade pink and white buildings. As much to enjoy as there are moments in the day. in the most magical of settings. . Rooms

Sea Breeze has 78 rooms in total. This is made up of 45 Superior Rooms, 31 Superior Studios, and 2 Two-Bedroom Apartments. Each unit has a patio or balcony with view of the ocean, pool, or of our beautiful gardens. Rooms are spread out over a two and a half acre property and the extensive beaches, gardens, and sunning areas offer ample sunbeds and chairs, while creating a sense of spaciousness seldom found elsewhere. While often full, Sea Breeze never appears crowded.

Cancellation policy

*Winter season: at least 14 days before date of arrival *Summer season: at least 7 days before date of arrival No-show and late cancellations will be charged with 3 nights room rate + taxes. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

One child under 12 in room free with two adults - (crib/cot or rollaway bed supplied). Single discount on room is USD 5.00/night.

Sea Breeze has much to offer the Caribbean traveller. We have a choice of two restaurants on property. The Mermaid Restaurant offers three meals a day in casual dress (no shorts in the evening please), with the Fish Pot Beach Bar offering snacks throughout the day. Entertainment at the Mermaid is four nights a week; offering local steel-pan music, folk music on guitar, and piano music on our own baby-grand. Dining is A La Carte, Table d'Hôte, and Buffet with daily specials and a weekly B-B-Q.

Travel information Sea Breeze Beach Hotel is located on the South Coast of Barbados, a few minutes walk from Oistins and a 20 min. drive to Bridgetown (the islands main duty-free shopping area). We are also only 15 min. from Grantley Adams Airport, making transfers quick and easy. The location of Sea Breeze with relation to the Airport, Bridgetown, and Oistins is easily seen at right. The location of Barbados in relation to the other islands of the Caribbean can be seen at left. Our closest neighbours are only a 3/4 hour flight away and day trips are easily arranged at our on-property Gift Shop.
Area information Our South Coast location gives us the best of both worlds: beautiful white sand beaches right on the hotel, and cooling trade winds across the bay - not to mention our glorious clifftop view. Our secluded location insures blissful peace, yet is within easy walking distance of the shopping and local nightlife of Oistins Fishing Village and the bustle of the South Coast's restaurant and nightclub strip, St. Lawrence Gap. We are also very close to the internationally known Club Mistral Windsurfing Club; actually along the same beach
