Sitting directly on the Maxwell Beach, the resort is just 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown. Oistins fishing village, known for its popular Friday Night Fish Fry is just 5 minutes away. Walk along the Maxwell Beach for just 5 minutes and you find yourself on St. Lawrence Gap - famous for its great restaurants, lively bars and vibrant nightlife. Bougainvillea is a wonderful and relaxing escape in its tranquil setting but near enough to all of the activity that the vibrant South Coast of Barbados offers.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7.5 % Tax is not included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
