Hotel details

We regret that due to our limited number of rooms it is necessary to impose cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation there will be a charge of 25.00. Within seven days of arrival or non-arrival or curtailment of the stay, reservations must regretfully be charged in full. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation, less a cancellation fee of 25.00. Overseas guests are required to pay a deposit equal to one night's room charge, at the time of booking. We regret that the hotel does not take any one night bookings on a Saturday night. There is a two night minimum stay, either a Friday and Saturday or a Saturday and Sunday

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Secured parking is possible on site and reservation is needed. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
