Ideally situated in the immediate vicinity of the spa centre, Parco dell’Acqua Santa (approx. 100 metres), the hotel offers you the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of the local thermal treatments and to relax in an intimate and familiar atmosphere. The thermal area, situated among large parks, is composed of mineral water springs, particularly indicated for affections of the hepatic-biliary system, hypertension and arterial insufficiency, as well as for disturbances of the gastroenteric apparatus. A delightful small garden, with a lot of shade, allows you to rest whilst remaining in the middle of the town. You can also make use of: 2 clay tennis courts; a bowls lane; table tennis; and there are mountain bikes available to ride around the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 4 to 6 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
