Owner keeper of Fam Pallecchi from 1927. Ambients equipped in a modern and old style, a nice mix that gives to this hotel a particular lovely aspect. Nice garden and free parking. Panoramic wiew over the tuscany hills. Great kooking followed from the same hotel keeper Mrs Noemi. Pets alloweed, in special rooms with balcony.

Great tuscany cooking, directly controlled from the hotel keeper Mrs Noemi. Pasta and cakes made hand-made. With a large choice of special wines of Monepulciano and Brunello of Montalcino.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child under 5 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
