The 115 rooms are all with bathroom, balcony, TV with satellite reception, line radio, minibar, air conditioning and bath with hydro massage. Most rooms have a view of the Tuscan countryside.

Hotel details

The hotel offers Wi-Fi internet connection in the lobby and cable connection in the rooms. An internet terminal is always available for guest use in the lobby. The hotel restaurant serves typical Tuscan cuisine. It is open from 13:00 to 14:30 and 20:00 to 21:30. The hotel is suitable for disabled people.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
