Built in 1906 and completely renovated in 1993 and 2001 the the hotel offers modern rooms, very much appreciated, a panoramic restaurant and terraces and a new restaurant with the bar 'le rendez-vous', a small wellness centre and 8 well equipped conference rooms. A 4-star hotel situated in a large park overlooking the lake of Geneva, valued throughout, the French Alps and Lavaux vineyard. Hotel details

Built in 1906, completely renovated in 1993, situated in a 30'000 square metres of park, in the middle of the vineyard and overlooking Lake of Geneva. The Préalpina Hotel & Restaurant is a modern building with 50 rooms, most of which have a balcony and view on the lake. Public Wireless Lan is available throughout the hotel, including the restaurants. There is free access to internet in the "business centre at the reception" Wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, massage and steam shower. Credit cards accepted : American Express, Euro/Master Card,Visa, EC Direct/Maestro.

A buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 (07:00 till 11:00 on weekends). The panoramic restaurant (non smoking) and terraces offer the best view over Lake Geneva and the Alps. The restaurant and bar "Le rendez-vous" (smoking from 15:00 to 24:00) serves a variety of menus including a la carte. It offers seasonal cuisine and regional wines. Closed on Sunday evenings.

Excursions : Chillon Castle/Montreux, boat cruise on the lake, Golf de Lavaux (18 holes), MOB mountain train (Montreux Oberland Bernois), Gstaad, Gruyère, Olympic Museum/Lausanne, Fondation Pierre Gianadda/Martigny. Travel information By car - Highway from Lausanne or Montreux Exit Chexbres -direction Chexbres - at the end of the village turn left direction Chardonne - continue on this "Route de Chexbres" approx 1km and take the access road to the Préalpina on your left side. Parking available By train - Train station "Chexbres Village" (from Vevey) or station "Puidoux-Chexbres". (possibility to reserve shuttel bus) Airport Geneva (or Zürich)

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
