The Abbeydale Hotel is located in a quiet part of the town, but still only 5 minutes walk away from Chesterfield town centre, with its famous market and crooked spire. For business travellers the Abbeydale Hotel is not only located close to the town centre but within easy access to the A61 and the M1. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind, after a busy day or a day of exploring. The house of the Abbeydale Hotel dates back to 1892, where part of it was a vicarage. Converted into a Hotel in 1988 it has all the modern facilities needed by business & leisure travellers alike.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
