Conveniently located to take advantage of the national motorway network, Rowton Hall offers a comprehensive range of conference and banqueting suites making it the ideal venue for meetings, functions or conferences and corporate events for up to 200 guests. The hotel has 4 main conference suites, with 2 smaller rooms available for use as syndicate rooms. The Ball Room: A beautiful room with an adjoining conservatory which overlooks the hotel’s picturesque gardens. The room can accommodate up to 120 guests. The Inglenook: With many of the original features evident, including the inglenook fireplace and high ceilings, the Inglenook can accommodate up to 45 guests. The Adam Lounge: A small cosy room ideal for accommodating up to 30 guests. The beautiful 8 acres of award winning gardens make a perfect location for a marquee. Whether it be for your special wedding day or a corporate event the hotel is able to accommodate marquees for up to a 1000 guests. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Food & Beverages

The Hall's reputation for first class service and excellent food is already firmly established with many customers, who return time and again to enjoy culinary magnificence and the gracious ambience of the AA rosette awarded Langdale Restaurant. Evenings can be spent in candlelit elegance, in the Oak panelled restaurant, where you will find an endless choice of fine wines and cuisine, utilising only the freshest ingredients and home-grown fruit and vegetables from the hotel's kitchen garden, which, combined with tradition and excellence, are the hallmarks of Rowton Hall Country House Hotel, Health Club & Spa. Informal dining for light lunches is available in the Health Club Lounge and conservatory.

Please note that weddings and functions are often held in the hotel. This can often cause noise into the night.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 14 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
