Food & Beverages

Dinner is available from the A La Carte Menu. The hotel offers free meals for children under the age of 11 years. These meals must be chosen from the children's menu when dining with a paying adult. A full bar and restaurant menu is available from 12:00 until 21:30

During peak periods, the hotel reserves the right to contact you prior to the arrival date to request payment prior to arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
