Hotel details

The forthcoming 'Spa' at Doubletree by Hilton Chester is due for completion in Winter 2009. Cancellation Information: Bookings must be cancelled before 16:00 the day before arrival to avoid any cancellation charges.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 8.00 per person.  Dinner costs GBP 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
