Castra Brasserie & Bar at the Dene, our sister hotel, is located just across the road from the Comfort Inn. Dinner and bar snacks are available. Castra has a reputation for serving fine, fresh food at reasonable prices and in relaxed surroundings. The menu changes with the seasons. The residents’ bar provides an ideal atmosphere for meeting your friends or business associates or to enjoy a drink before dinner. A good selection of bar snacks is served every evening.

Non-smoking rooms and rooms where pets can be accommodated are available on request. Credit card numbers are required to secure reservations and are authorised prior to arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 5.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
