Hotel guests have access to the wellness club with pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and fitness area free of charge.

In case of reservations for 10 or more rooms you will receive a separate email (directly after your booking has been processed) regarding the hotel's special group cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
