Standard rooms are located on the lower floors of the building and the comfort rooms are on the upper floors. Comfort rooms offer extra perks, such as climate control during the summer and free use of the car park.

With its 386 rooms and apartments and 8 variable event rooms, Hotel Mercure Kongress Chemnitz is looking forward to looking after you. In our Panorama-Restaurant you can enjoy both - the breathtaking view above Chemnitz and a multifaceted cuisine. Enjoy your evening as you like, whether it's with a drink at our hotel bar, Horch's, or at our Spa with sauna, solarium and fitness on the 25th floor. There are 110 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel and in the underground car park, belonging to the Galerie Roter Turm shopping centre, next door.

Situated high above the roofs of the city, our Panorama-Restaurant offers you a selection of delicious menus and regional specialities with wines to match. Or you can enjoy a classic cocktail in the cosy atmosphere of our "Horch's" bar.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
