The entire hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment, all newly refurbished rooms will include: solid oak bespoke designer furniture; Egyptian cotton bed linen; large LCD wall mounted TVs with Freeview channels; DVD and CD player; marble bathrooms; and free internet access.

With a dedicated team of friendly, experienced and enthusiastic staff, the Cheltenham Regency Hotel offers a relaxing, stress-free environment. The hotel also has a large function room, which can accommodate up to 180 people for any type of occasion.

Food & Beverages

Awarded a Rosette in March 2009, the bar and restaurant is open to both guests and non-residents. It has a great environment for informal meals, light snacks, evening dinners or special celebrations. The Cheltenham Regency Hotel is proud to announce the arrival of its new head chef, Robin Dudley. The restaurant offers fresh, home-cooked food, including a range of vegetarian meals. Most tastes are catered for the chef will be happy to try to accommodate your request. The bar, with its newly launched menu, is a great place to relax and unwind.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
