The entire hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment, all newly refurbished rooms will include: solid oak bespoke designer furniture; Egyptian cotton bed linen; large LCD wall mounted TVs with Freeview channels; DVD and CD player; marble bathrooms; and free internet access.

The elegant and friendly Cheltenham Regency Hotel is conveniently located only a few miles from the centre of Regency Cheltenham, yet only minutes from the motorway network. The hotel has a selection of en suite bedrooms including suites and four-poster beds. The hotel bar and restaurant offers a superb selection of menus from a simple bar snack to an excellent à la carte menu. We also have a large function room which holds up to 180 people for any occasion. With ample free parking and a dedicated team of friendly, experienced and enthusiastic staff, the Cheltenham Regency Hotel offers a stress-free environment for all your requirements.

Food & Beverages

Open to both guests and non-residents alike, the hotel’s bar and restaurant offer a great environment for informal meals, light snacks, evening dinners or special celebrations. The Cheltenham Regency Hotel is proud to announce the arrival of its new head chef, Robin Dudley (formerly of the Queens Hotel Cheltenham). The restaurant offers fresh, home-cooked food, including a range of vegetarian meals. Most tastes are catered for and if you fancy something that is not on the menu, then please ask and the chef will be happy to try and accommodate your request. The bar, with its newly launched menu, is a great place to relax and unwind after a hard day's work, a long day travelling or a busy day sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
