Food & Beverages

The award winning Burford Room restaurant offers the finest international cuisine, complimented by an extensive wine list.

We do accept pets in our standard rooms at 15.00 per room per night. If guests wish to charge services to their room, they will be requested to sign a 50 pound pre-authorisation slip on check-in. Services up to this amount can then be charged directly to the room. Please note: We charge 5.00 GBP per stay for car parking. N.B. Please be aware that on CHELTENHAM GOLD CUP SPECIAL OFFER a 10% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and that full prepayment will be needed 28 days prior. Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
