Arrival Instructions: Please call the Apartment Manager, Suzanne, at least 24 hours before your arrival (this number will be provided in your booking confirmation). You will need to do this in order to organise a suitable time when she can meet you at the apartment, handover keys and a parking permit. Please note that if you fail to call Suzanne 24 hours before your arrival, you may not be able to gain access to the apartment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
