Check-In Information: Cheltenham Apartments will email a separate confirmation to you, this will include arrival instructions. These will ask you for an indication of your arrival time. You will then also be asked to call the apartment manager on your day of arrival (this number will be provided in the booking confirmation) to provide an exact time of arrival. The apartment manager will meet you at the property to welcome you into the apartment. Please note that if you fail to call the apartment manager before your arrival, you may not be able to gain access to the apartment.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per stay for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
