Food & Beverages

The generous buffet breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 09:00. For lunch or dinner, the restaurant serves menu and buffet options. A children’s meal is offered for a small price when ordered with an adult’s meal. Room service is available until 22:00.

The reception is open from 06:30 to 23:00 during the week, and from 07:00 to 23:00 at weekends. Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 local time.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
