Food & Beverages

To get off to a good and tasty start, the copious buffet breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 09:30. The 100-seat restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 22:00.

Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 local time.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
