The business centre offers state-of-the art facilities as well as bi-lingual secretarial services. The Crystal Ballroom caters for up to 600 guests for all business and social occasions. This is complemented by the choice of 5 meeting rooms.

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs USD 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
