In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the 68 apartments are fitted with at least 2 hotplates, a television (fee required), a mini-oven and a dishwasher (in some apartments). Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment.

The residence is made up of 12 buildings. Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Cleaning kit. Television. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:00. Friday: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Saturday: 07:30-22:00. Sunday: 08:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:30. Important: in case of arrival outside opening times of the reception, please contact the residence.

Parking

Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 9.50 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
