Apartments for 2 - 8 persons with 1, 2 or 3 separate rooms. Equipped with a kitchen corner with a refrigerator, little oven and electric hotplates (dishwasher only in 6 and 8 persons apartments). Furthermore, they have a bathroom with separate toilet and balcony with garden furniture. Sheets included until 1/7 and from 16/09 onwards.

A real Mediterranean village nestled in a creek of the rocky coast, close to Spain and near the mountains. Ideal for those who enjoy diving. There is a mini club for children aged 6 to 12 years old, where they can play outdoor games, paint, draw and have picnics. Some activities may require an extra fee. The club is available from: - 2/4 until 27/4: half days from Monday to Friday. - 2/7 till 31/8: mornings and afternoons from Monday to Friday. Price includes linen till 1/7 and after 16/9/06.

A deposit corresponding to 25% of the amount of the total booking will be requested at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be requested 1 month before the date of arrival. Please note that a EUR 200 deposit plus a EUR 50 deposit for cleaning service will be requested on site. End of stay cleaning is to be done by the client or will be charged EUR 45 to 60. Area information A surprising and appealing effect of the combination between the sea and the mountains! Here, nature still is in complete control, wild along its jagged coasts, as well as its sheers, plunging down in a wave of incomparable purity, and its splendid panoramas make it wild, yet, nevertheless it has been tamed, the proof of this being the hillsides of the renowned vineyards, carefully lined up in the sun of the Great South. Travel information By road: A9 motorway, exit south Perpignan. Direction Argelès, then Collioure and Banyuls. After you have passed by Banyuls after 7 km and you are 3 km from Cerbère, go left and follow the arrows in direction of Peyrefite/Village des Aloes. After 300 metres, turn right. By plane: Perpignan Airport at 75 km. By rail: railway station of Cerbère at 3 km.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
