If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
