Boasting a stunning lake-front location over San Cipriano, this old farmhouse has been carefully restored into an impressive hotel complete with modern comforts and a range of amenities. It has excellent transport links and is situated just 10 minutes from the railway station of Figline Valdarno, 30 minutes from Florence and Arezzo and 45 minutes from Siena. It enjoys a privileged position in the heart of the lush greenery of the Tuscany countryside yet is also in close proximity to Chianti and Pratomagno mountain. Open all year round, it comprises of 28 rooms, of which 12 are single and 16 are double. Each is ensuite and is fully equipped with a comfortable living-room with bar. A range of attractions are on offer to guests. Explore the surroundings on a leisurely stroll through the mountain paths or enjoy a spot of horse- riding and savour the sights from a height. Dine in the comfortable surroundings of the restaurant. A lovely place to stay to relax.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 21.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
