Accommodation at this modern hotel includes executive rooms. Thistle East Midlands Airport has a restaurant, bar, and lounge offering a wide selection of drinks, light refreshments and meals. Otium health and leisure club is closed to children under age 16 from 12:00 to 14:00 and after 20:00. The hotel offers car parking (charged) for guests and visitors. Thistle East Midlands Airport has 18 meeting rooms, the largest of which seats 220 theatre style. All meeting rooms have air conditioning. The hotel is superbly placed for a pre or post trip stay over. For motor racing enthusiasts Donnington Park Grand Prix Circuit are close by. This non-smoking restaurant, with airy conservatory, has been awarded an aa Rosette and rac merit awards. Suitable for formal and informal dining with a semi private area. 5.00 pound charge for room service.

Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 15 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
